Position: Revery Hotel Valet Service Role

As a Valet, you will enhance guests' first and last impressions through excellent vehicle management and customer service practices.

Your role encompasses handling vehicles with care, resolving guest inquiries, and lifting luggage as required. Become a crucial part of our hotel’s commitment to providing an elevated experience in an arts-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles

• Maintain high customer service standards at all times

• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly

• Provide luggage assistance according to hotel protocols

• Keep the valet area clean and well-organized

Requirements:

• Ontario Class G Driver’s License required

• Must be available for holidays, weekends, and evenings

• High level of integrity when dealing with guest belongings

• Strong communication skills with guests and team

• Familiarity with local attractions and venues
