Assistant General Manager for Events at MRG Group

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, this role focuses on delivering shareable experiences at Dublin Calling Adelaide and other properties. As a hospitality leader, you will ensure the execution of vibrant events and maintain operational standards. Flexibility for late nights and weekends is essential to meet the demands of venue operations while enhancing guest satisfaction through effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and execute engaging events and parties

• Ensure high service standards for guest interactions

• Collaborate with the sales team for event success

• Address any guest concerns with care

• Oversee safety and cleanliness in venue spaces

Requirements:

• Valid Smart Serve Certificate essential

• 1-3 years of hospitality management experience

• Proven expertise in Food and Beverage sectors

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities

• Experience in hiring and team development
