Position: Contract Beverage & Concessions Manager Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of beverage services

• Develop and enforce operational standards for quality

• Set and evaluate sales goals and KPIs

• Oversee event execution while supporting staff

• Innovate beverage programs and concession offerings

Requirements:

• At least five years in beverage or hospitality management

• Strong financial and analytic skills for budgeting

• Proven leadership in team development

• Certification in Smart Serve and Food Handling

• Willingness to work variable hours including events
