Step into the role of an Event VIP Concierge with Live Nation Entertainment, dedicated to enhancing guest experiences r responsibility includes managing VIP areas with a focus on customer satisfaction.
This position invites candidates with strong hospitality backgrounds to maximize every guest's experience. Leveraging your knowledge of event logistics and your personable approach, you'll be instrumental in executing flawless VIP services.
Your role is vital in creating an atmosphere of fun and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create warm and inviting atmospheres for VIP guests
• Assist in executing guest list registrations and meet-and-greets
• Provide extensive venue knowledge for guest inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams on guest-related information
• Handle opening and closing tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of VIP or hospitality experience
• Strong preference for candidates with sales exposure
• Familiarity with reservation systems required
• Excellent attention to detail and service skills
• Flexibility to manage varying schedules and demands
