Join MLSE as a Media Lounge Attendant, enhancing the hospitality experience at Toronto Raptors and Maple Leafs events. Provide top-notch service in a dynamic environment.

At Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE), you will play a key role in creating a memorable experience for media members. This position requires blending guest service and event coordination, ensuring the Media Lounge is welcoming and organized. You’ll engage with guests, manage meal vouchers, and maintain a professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome media members and provide attentive service

• Organize and prepare the Media Lounge for events

• Process meal voucher transactions efficiently

• Coordinate event-related deliveries and setups

• Uphold cleanliness and professional standards in the lounge

Requirements:

• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction

• Experience in hospitality or food service industries preferred

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail in a busy environment

• Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification
