Position: Sous Chef, Off-Site Catering Role

This role requires a proactive approach to culinary excellence. You will assist the Off-Site Catering Chef in creating diverse menu options and handling logistics for various events. Leading the kitchen team, you will ensure quality standards and effective communication, fostering outstanding guest experiences across all catering services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute menu tastings for clients

• Oversee food preparation and inventory management

• Provide leadership in high-volume catering production

• Support staff training and development initiatives

• Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency and cleanliness

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef or Catering Chef

• Proven experience in kitchen management and quality control

• Strong communication skills with team leadership experience

• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects

• Must have a valid Driver’s License
