The University of Toronto is seeking four Casual Banquet Porters for its St. George campus in Downtown Toronto. This role requires a committed team player to manage banquet setups, follow detailed orders, and keep settings immaculate. You will play a crucial part in exceeding client expectations through quality service and maintaining a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute all banquet setups and refreshes accurately

• Serve coffee breaks and cold food for small events

• Maintain cleanliness in back storage areas

• Report broken or unsafe equipment promptly

• Adhere to established service standards and policies

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED

• Valid Food Safety Training Certificate

• 1-2 years experience in high volume service

• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively

• Flexibility for part-time schedule including evenings and weekends
