Oliver & Bonacini is seeking a Senior Catering Manager in Canada to drive revenue and build long-term client and venue relationships for large-scale events. You will lead deals from inquiry to contracting and work closely with Culinary and Operations to craft winning proposals.
With 4–5 years in catering or hospitality sales, you will identify new opportunities, negotiate major pieces of business, and mentor team members while maintaining profitability and strong client partnerships.
