Enhance hospitality at MLSE’s Premium Club in Scotiabank Arena. As the first point of contact for members, you will ensure an exceptional experience with seamless service throughout events.
The Premium Club Host position requires enthusiasm and professionalism. You will check in guests, manage access control, and support event operations.
Your role contributes significantly to delivering MLSE's outstanding hospitality commitment, making each event enjoyable for all attendees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional hospitality for premium members and guests
• Manage guest registration and access control efficiently
• Support event-day operations and hospitality activations
• Provide informed recommendations based on venue knowledge
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hospitality or guest services preferred
• Current First Aid/CPR certification required
• Valid Smart Serve certification needed
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
