Key Responsibilities:

• Complete accounting and cash flow management

• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for shifts

• Conduct staff training and orientation for new hires

• Address customer inquiries and enhance their experience

• Coordinate events and manage facility reports

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of management and bartending experience

• Strong people management and operational skills

• Availability for late shifts and weekends

• Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and bartending
