Position Overview: Arianna is expanding our front of house team as we approach a busy events season. We are looking for energetic, polished, personable and experienced hospitality professionals to join us for a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

· Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm and polished presence.

· Deliver warm, attentive and highly personalized service.

· Handle guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.

· Maintain exceptional standards throughout service.

· Build genuine rapport with guests while maintaining professional discretion.

Qualifications:

· Proud of their work and the experience they create for guests.

· Willing to learn and take feedback.

· Available for evenings, weekends and holidays.

· Demonstrates a positive attitude and is reliable.

Smart Serve Certified.
3+ years of experience in upscale dining.
Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge.
Hourly Rate:
Dependant on position
Staff meals available daily
Can legally work in Canada
