Position: Guest Service Agent Role at Sutton Place
Experience vibrant Toronto while working at Sutton Place Hotel as a Guest Service Agent. This part time role emphasizes exceptional guest care and support within our historic hotel near the bustling King Street West.

In this position, you will be the friendly face greeting guests as they arrive. Your responsibilities include handling room registrations, making reservations, and providing accurate information about hotel services. A high level of proficiency in Opera/Opera Cloud is important for managing daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally welcome and assist guests

• Register and assign rooms to incoming guests

• Update and manage the reservations system

• Address inquiries by phone, email, or in-person

• Compile daily financial records and statements

Requirements:

• High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent

• Previous experience in customer service essential

• In-depth knowledge of hospitality practices

• Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
