Turnover Specialist; Rental Unit Cleaning

HomEV Suites manages a portfolio of premium short-term rental properties across Toronto. We're looking for a detail-oriented Turnover Specialist to keep our units guest-ready between every stay—clean, stocked, and presented to a consistent premium standard.

• Clean and reset rental units between guest stays, following a standardized checklist
• Restock guest amenities (toiletries, linens, kitchen essentials, etc.)
• Do a final walkthrough to catch any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and report them to the Property Manager
• Launder and manage linens/towels on a consistent rotation
• Coordinate scheduling around guest check-in/check-out times, sometimes on short notice
• Maintain cleaning supply inventory and flag when restocking is needed

• Experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or short-term rental turnover (Airbnb/Booking/VRBO experience is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail—you notice the small things that make a space feel guest-ready
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends (turnovers happen on guest schedules, not 9–5)
• Able to lift/move light furniture and cleaning equipment
• Comfortable working independently across multiple properties
• A valid driver's license [if travel between properties is required]

• Experience with property management software or turnover-scheduling apps (e.g., Hostaway)
