Under the General Manager's guidance, the Senior Manager is integral to daily operations management r responsibilities will include staff training, budgeting, and active floor management during events. Creating a vibrant atmosphere around food and drinks is a key focus of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage everyday venue operations including staffing

• Lead by example, instilling O&B values in the team

• Maintain guest and supplier relationships

• Conduct recruitment and training initiatives

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in event management

• Post-secondary diploma in Business or Hospitality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Must be legally able to work in Canada
