Position: Service-Focused Door Attendant Role
Become a key player in the hospitality team at Park Hyatt Toronto as a Door Attendant. This role emphasizes guest service, professionalism, and maintaining the elegance of our lobby area.

As a Door Attendant, you are the first point of contact for guests, making their arrival and departure seamless. Your responsibilities will include assisting with luggage, providing information about hotel amenities, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment in the drive and lobby. A minimum of two years of experience in luxury service is needed for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and assist with entry and exit

• Manage guest luggage during arrivals and departures

• Maintain cleanliness in the front drive and lobby

• Educate guests about hotel features and local services

• Valet park vehicles following established standards

Requirements:

• Two years minimum experience in luxury settings

• Service-oriented approach with excellent communication

• Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting

• Flexible schedule to accommodate hotel needs
