Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and consult with guests about services
• Coordinate and manage spa appointment systems
• Assist with retail sales tailored to guest preferences
• Maintain spa area cleanliness and ambiance
• Process transactions and prepare daily reports
Requirements:
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; other languages a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• 2 years of experience in luxury spa/hospitality
• Familiarity with booking software systems preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
