As a Spa Attendant/Link, you are responsible for guiding clients through their experience while coordinating with other staff for seamless treatment organization. From greeting guests to assisting with their needs, your role ensures every detail contributes to a memorable visit. Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and provide facility tours
• Organize treatment schedules and adhere to client requests
• Direct clients between bath areas and massage rooms
• Ensure comfort and respond to client inquiries
Requirements:
• Background in hospitality or spa services preferable
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and friendly approach
• Capacity to remain composed in busy situations
• Knowledge of reservation systems is advantageous
