Job Description

As a Catering Lounge Attendant, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences for guests attending Toronto Maple Leafsand Toronto Raptors events.

As a member of the Catering team, you will help create a welcoming and elevated lounge experience through attentive food and beverage service, thoughtful guest interactions, and seamless event-day execution. From preparing the lounge before doors open toanticipatingguest needs throughout the event, you will contribute to an environment that is polished, comfortable, and memorable.

This role combines guest service,foodand beverage operations, and event-day hospitality. You will work closely with the Catering team to ensure lounges are prepared, products are available, and guests receive timely, personalized service throughout their experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service to guests throughout Toronto Maple Leafsand Toronto Raptors events.
• Create a welcoming and comfortable lounge environment through professional and engaging guest interactions.
• Prepare and organize assigned lounge spaces prior to guest arrival, ensuring they are clean, stocked, andevent-ready.
• Coordinate the pickup and return of designated food items from the kitchen at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Deliver food and beverage service whilemaintainingMLSE’s standards of hospitality and guest experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively replenish food, beverages, fridges, and service areas throughout the event.
