Onsite Hospitality Manager Position

Step into the role of Hospitality Manager at our Conference Centre, leading event execution and culinary services. This management position requires a flair for customer service and operational oversight.

As part of our team, you will report directly to the Senior Hospitality Manager, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and ensuring service excellence. You will manage lunch and event catering operations while mentoring your team. Flexibility is key, as hours will be based on event needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee catering and F&B services for events

• Lead a team of hospitality professionals effectively

• Manage logistics with culinary and bookings teams

• Maintain high standards of service during events

• Resolve guest service issues promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in food service or event management

• Required certifications:
Smart Serve, First Aid

• Knowledge of cost control in food service

• Strong leadership and client service skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
