Serve as a Door Attendant at the iconic Park Hyatt Toronto, where you’ll enhance the guest experience while embracing the culture of 'ohana. This role focuses on creating an inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

As a key player in our luxury hotel, you will manage guest interactions and assist with their luggage, while staying informed about hotel amenities. You will ensure that the lobby remains presentable and efficient, contributing to Hyatt's commitment to exceptional service and cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to guests entering and exiting the hotel

• Assist in managing guest luggage and belongings

• Inform guests about hotel amenities and local attractions

• Clean and maintain the lobby and front drive areas

• Ensure safe valet parking operations per standards

Requirements:

• 2+ years in luxury hospitality preferred

• Strong service-oriented personality

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly

• Flexible availability required for shifts
