In this role, you will ensure the highest service standards in bar operations while inspiring a warm and professional environment. Engage in the development of the Beverage program, utilize creative guest feedback for menu changes, and supervise bar inventory management. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 5-Star service to guests and colleagues
• Lead bar service team with warmth and professionalism
• Develop and innovate the beverage program
• Supervise bar inventory and maintain PAR levels
• Coach and train new team members
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a similar luxury service role
• Completion of WSET certification an asset
• Current Smart Serve certification required
• Flexibility to work varied schedules
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
