Become a key part of Wellness Republic in Toronto as a Front Desk & Member Experience Coordinator. Deliver exceptional hospitality, support our wellness programs, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
In this full-time or part-time role, you are the initial touchpoint for members and guests at Wellness Republic. You will manage check-ins for Pilates and wellness services, respond to inquiries about memberships, and help maintain a polished studio environment. Your warm demeanor and organizational skills will enhance the member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome members and guests with professional hospitality
• Manage check-ins for classes and wellness services
• Provide studio tours and share service details
• Answer questions and support memberships via various channels
• Ensure studio spaces are organized and ready for use
Requirements:
• Experience in wellness, hospitality, or fitness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Interest in fitness, wellness, and recovery
• Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends
