Join One King West Hotel & Residence as a Night Audit and Guest Services Ambassador. This overnight role focuses on guest relations, check-ins, and effective issue resolution.
As the Night Audit Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service during overnight shifts. Key tasks include managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and responding to requests. You should be familiar with hotel procedures and committed to maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs accurately
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
• Complete daily reports and balance cashier audits
• Ensure clear communication across departments
• Familiarize guests with hotel facilities and events
Requirements:
• Previous Front Office or Night Audit experience preferred
• Proficient in OPERA and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to multi-task in busy environments
