As a Concierge, you'll act as the face of Charles West and report to the Leasing and Resident Experience Manager. This role focuses on enhancing the resident experience through attentive service, understanding preferences, and proactively meeting needs. You'll foster an engaging environment, ensuring residents feel valued and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver proactive and personalized support to residents
• Anticipate and fulfill day-to-day resident requests
• Maintain expert knowledge of local amenities and services
• Coordinate guest suite bookings and maintenance
• Manage service elevator and building access schedules
Requirements:
• 3+ years in luxury residential or hospitality roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with property management software
• Post-secondary education in hospitality or business
• Commitment to exceptional customer experiences
