Luxury Hotel Room Attendant

Create memorable guest experiences as a Room Attendant at Fairmont Royal York in Toronto, applying detailed cleaning and warm service standards. Work weekends, holidays, and scheduled shifts.
This Room Attendant position supports guest comfort across rooms and public spaces at the historic Fairmont Royal York. You will clean and sanitize assigned areas, replenish supplies, document completed rooms, and respond to guest needs. The work follows ALL Safe – Stay Well, Leading Quality Assurance, and Accor brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize guestrooms and public spaces
Make beds, remove linen, vacuum, and disinfect bathrooms
Replenish room supplies and record cleaned rooms
Report maintenance needs and communicate guest concerns
Return and tag lost and found articles
Requirements:
Previous luxury hotel housekeeping experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Availability for standing, walking, kneeling, and shift work
