We are scaling fast and looking for an Account Manager who can own client relationships end to end from onboarding and intake calls to coordinating candidate delivery and ensuring successful placements.
The Role
As an Account Manager
, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. You will work closely with recruiters and sourcers to ensure timely candidate submissions, high quality shortlists, and exceptional client satisfaction.
You will also play a key role in driving repeat business, expanding accounts, and maintaining long term partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal recruiting teams.
- Conduct client intake meetings to define role requirements, hiring priorities, and success criteria.
- Manage the full recruitment delivery cycle for assigned accounts from job kickoff to offer acceptance.
- Partner with sourcers and recruiters to ensure strong candidate pipelines and timely submissions.
- Provide consistent client updates, market feedback, and performance reports.
- Maintain high quality documentation in the ATS or CRM (such as Notion, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Manage multiple open roles concurrently across tech and non tech verticals.
- Negotiate offers, manage expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding for placed candidates.
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase placement volume.
- Support proposal and contract discussions for new roles and renewals.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in agency recruitment, client account management, or 360 recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts or roles simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and post placement follow up.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Experience using ATS or CRM platforms such as Bullhorn, Recruit CRM, or Notion.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced, performance driven environment.
- Tech recruiting experience (software, data, cloud, engineering) is a strong asset.
