** The expected base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $119,000.

* Collaborate with HR business leaders to understand evolving HR needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
* Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday modules.
* Act as a subject matter expert for HR technology, providing guidance, support, and training to HR teams and other stakeholders.
* Support system analysis, identify areas for improvement, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance HR efficiency and data integrity.
* Support the development and execute test plans for system upgrades, new module implementations, and integrations to ensure data accuracy and system functionality.
* Generate reports to identify trends and support decision-making.## Your Moneris Career - What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience considered in place of formal education.
* 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience with a strong understanding of HCM, learning and talent related modules. Post-secondary education in Business or Human Resources.
