The Senior Recruiter - Technology will act as a Talent Advisor for designated portfolios, managing end-to-end recruitment processes. The role involves building strong relationships with leaders within the bank and advising on talent market gaps. The candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for tech roles, following the bank’s hiring processes.
Senior Recruiter - Technology - Responsibilities:
• Serve as a Talent Advisor for line of businesses (LOBs)
• Build and maintain relationships with leaders within the bank
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technology roles
• Follow bank processes for hiring
• Develop and execute innovative talent strategies
• Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners and stakeholders
• Maintain and leverage recruitment metrics and reporting
Senior Recruiter - Technology - Mandatory
Skills:
• 8 years of recruitment experience, with 2-3 years in technology recruitment
• Corporate recruitment experience
• Agile mindset
• Excellent influence skills and executive communication skills
• Strong communication skills
• Proactive and shows initiative

• Workday knowledge
