Position: Director, HR Workforce Initiatives (Technology)

In this role, you will:
Develop and execute on a multi-year talent strategy, inclusive of key skills identification for the enterprise, training/skilling strategy, people change enablement, talent acquisition strategy, leadership succession planning and organizational design.Partner with key stakeholders – across HR, business lines, corporate functions and external partners – to define, plan and execute activities to support HR’s priorities.Consult on talent matters for all technical/enablement/change related workstreams.Drive initiatives aligned to Technology’s marquee and transformation programs setting mandates, developing and delivery on all people related initiatives.Identify talent KPIs/OKRs to measure progress, success and sustainment.Provide HR Business Partner support to senior executives and partners with the overall HRBP team.Develop and lead talent committees and partner with HR COEs to elicit action and apply best practices.Develop and maintain strong business relationships to facilitate and advance HR priorities.Understand business needs, manage stakeholder expectations and move stakeholders along the engagement curve, from awareness to ownership.Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.Create an environment in which the team pursues effective and efficient operations, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Bank’s Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and Guidelines for Business Conduct.Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment, communicating vision/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team.Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed?
