Fractional Chief People Officer; CPO

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fractional Chief People Officer (CPO) at our Scarborough, ON location. The Fractional CPO will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives. Core responsibilities include designing and implementing succession planning frameworks, maintaining employee relations, creating and enforcing effective HR policies, driving performance management processes, and fostering employee engagement programs to support a positive workplace culture.

• Expertise in Succession Planning and strategic workforce management
• Strong experience in Employee Relations and conflict resolution
• In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices
• Proficiency in Performance Management systems and tools
• Proven ability to drive Employee Engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
• Experience in change management and organizational development is highly beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is an asset
