** Job Description
** The Talent Acquisition Lead is a strategic recruitment expert responsible for driving innovative talent acquisition strategies and leading enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives for hard-to-fill and niche roles. This role sets the vision for sourcing excellence, introducing creative approaches, and leveraging market intelligence to build pipelines of high-quality talent. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, the Talent Acquisition Lead influences hiring strategies and ensures the organization remains competitive in attracting top talent.

** Introduce cutting-edge tools, technologies, and methodologies to expand talent reach and improve candidate quality, including advanced talent mapping and proactive engagement.
* ** Strategic Leadership and Influence
** Partner with leaders to align sourcing strategies with business priorities, using data-driven insights to influence decisions and shape workforce planning.
* ** Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis
** Serve as sourcing thought leader by monitoring industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
* ** Pipeline Development and Talent Communities
** Build and sustain robust talent pipelines for critical skill areas, ensuring readiness for current and future hiring needs.
* ** Mentorship and Capability Building
** Coach and mentor recruiters on advanced sourcing techniques, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the talent acquisition function.
* ** Enterprise Projects and Visibility
** Lead high-impact sourcing projects with visibility across HR and business leadership, applying expertise to guide organizational talent strategies.### Education
* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)### Experience
* 5+ years of recruitment experience with demonstrated leadership in sourcing for hard-to-fill roles (Required)
* Candidate must available to attend career events/ networking events across Canada### Supervisory Responsibilities
* This job does not have direct supervisory duties but provides functional leadership and guidance.### Education & Experience (in lieu)
* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
