You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying and attracting top talents for our organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and regional recruiting teams), implement sourcing strategies, and document best practices to share with global colleagues, and much more.

You'll specifically take care of managing recruitment projects and building a diverse talent pipeline but also develop innovative sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment data.

Pay: $100K- $120K

We'll look to you for:

Identifying, assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners based on job descriptions

Acquiring a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and required competencies

Implementing relevant sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and resources

Documenting research methods to share with recruiting team members across regions

Developing an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database mining

Handling other responsibilities and challenges as they arise

Proven technical/engineering experience in high-volume recruitment for leadership, managerial, and subject matter expert roles

Comfortable working with data, numbers, and building/presenting stories around them

Experience in pipeline development

Experience working in large matrix organizations is desired

Ability to build rapport with virtual teams in an international organization

Excellent coordination and collaboration skills

Strong analytical, action-oriented, and detail-focused mindset

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information

Excellent time management and organizational ability

Strong communication skills with stakeholders across different regions

Global and cultural awareness

Proven ability to listen effectively
