You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce by identifying and attracting top talents for our organization. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and regional recruiting teams), implement sourcing strategies, and document best practices to share with global colleagues, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing recruitment projects and building a diverse talent pipeline but also develop innovative sourcing strategies and analyze recruitment data.

Identifying, assessing, and submitting qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners based on job descriptionsAcquiring a thorough technical understanding of job requisitions and required competenciesImplementing relevant sourcing strategies using a variety of tools and resourcesDocumenting research methods to share with recruiting team members across regionsDeveloping an ongoing and diverse talent pipeline through research, networking, and database miningHandling other responsibilities and challenges as they arise
