Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate

Adecco is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Associate to support our clients Campus Talent Acquisition team during peak campus recruiting season. This role will provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support across university and college recruitment programs, ensuring a seamless and high-quality candidate and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Administration
  • Create and manage job postings using Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Post roles on university and college career platforms
  • Review and screen resumes to support campus hiring volumes
  • Provide ongoing administrative support throughout the candidate lifecycle
Campus Recruiting & Events Support
  • Support planning and execution of campus recruitment events
  • Coordinate all event logistics (scheduling, materials, coordination with stakeholders)
  • Support creation and distribution of event collateral
  • Assist with social media advertising and promotion for campus events
Candidate Experience
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging candidate experience from application through onboarding
  • Support a strong employee experience for students and new hires
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
Required Experience & Skills
  • Previous experience supporting University and College recruitment programs (campus recruiting, early careers, co-op, internships, or new grad hiring)
  • Experience working in Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience is a strong asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency
  • Experience leveraging social media channels for employer branding or recruitment marketing
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Hands-on, "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach with a people-centric mindset
  • Bilingualism (French & English) is mandatory
