As a key contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in deploying SAP Success Factors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) applications, enhancing our clients' HR systems. Your responsibilities will involve:
Engage actively in workshops to effectively gather requirements from functional business ownersTake charge as the primary point of contact throughout the project cycle, leading client meetings to establish deadlines, address concerns, and deliver regular updatesConfigure HRIS (SAP Payroll)Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the softwareConduct customer training workshops or software support;Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll-out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initializationAs a consultant, you will contribute to the preparation of service proposals to potential clients while also being involved in mentoring and developing team members as needed.Required Skills:
3 or more years of experience implementing SAP PayrollStrong Payroll solution configuration and schema/rule writingHands on experience with Custom reports and data extracts (SQL and SAP Tables)Demonstrated expertise in managing concurrent HCM system implementations/processesExcellent communication skills, coupled with a remarkable talent for building strong connections with clients and vendors throughout project execution and implementation.Strong aptitude for comprehending and evaluating HR management processes.Foster a customer-centric approachSAP Payroll CertificationWHAT WE OFFER
