Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong connections with IT job seekers

• Screen and present top candidates for roles

• Conduct virtual interviews and update candidate files

• Provide recruitment advice and consultative support

• Proactively create candidate pipelines for high-demand skills

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment

• Exceptional communication skills in English;
French an asset

• Driven and self-motivated to meet recruitment goals

• Knowledge of recruitment practices and behavioral interviewing

• Willingness to work onsite 1-2 days a week
