As part of a dedicated People team, the HRBP will support both hourly and salaried employees by managing the HR function around performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Strong on-the-floor visibility and relationship-building will be crucial for the success of this position at Apotex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as HR partner for designated teams
• Coach on performance issues and conflict management
• Conduct compliant workforce investigations
• Aid in recruitment and talent development efforts
• Drive core HR programs and employee engagement practices
Requirements:
• Degree in HR or related field; CHRP preferred
• 7+ years of HR experience, especially in manufacturing
• Knowledge of Ontario employment regulations
• Capable of managing various priorities effectively
• Strong relationship-building and coaching abilities
