Home Equity Bank is searching for a Strategic Director of Total Rewards, responsible for developing innovative strategies that align our compensation models with organizational goals. You will spearhead compensation administration and oversee benefit plans, including executive compensation, while leading a focused team to achieve top-tier performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive total rewards strategies for competitive advantage

• Manage compliance with Federal Pay Equity and compensation legislation

• Direct compensation cycles ensuring smooth execution

• Administer executive equity programs and manage stakeholder communication

• Provide leadership, collaboration, and coaching to the rewards team

Requirements:

• Extensive background in Total Rewards and regulatory compliance

• Proven experience in executive compensation planning

• Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
