Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support front‑office investment recruiting across North America. This individual will execute full‑cycle recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to delivering high‑quality talent outcomes across key investment portfolios. This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and is based in Toronto.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruitment processes for front‑office investment roles, from intake through offer and onboarding
Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, supporting job scoping, job description development, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions
Provide guidance on candidate profiles, market dynamics, and interview processes to improve hiring outcomes
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high‑caliber and diverse talent across investment markets
Conduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through Linked In, referrals, and industry networks
Deliver a high‑touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Track and manage recruitment activity within Workday and other systems
Required Experience & Skills
4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting investment, private markets, consulting, or other specialized professional hiring
Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles simultaneously
Strong sourcing capabilities, including direct outreach and passive candidate engagement
Ability to build relationships and influence hiring managers
Desired Attributes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Understanding of investment talent markets, including private equity, infrastructure, and asset management
Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging recruitment data and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, Phenom)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Expected salary range: $72,000 – $108,000 per year.
