Join Plus Company as a hybrid Talent Coordinator in Toronto, focusing on essential HR functions. This part time position encompasses onboarding, HRIS management, and vital reporting tasks.
In this role, you'll support the Talent team by managing the new hire process and administering HR systems. Your responsibilities will include data entry for promotions, tracking terminations, and generating reports to facilitate HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recent hire onboarding and HRIS profile creation
• Enter accurate data for promotions and terminations
• Maintain records and administer HR processes systematically
• Generate reports on HR metrics and summaries
• Serve as a point of contact for employee queries
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year in HR administration or equivalent
• Solid Excel skills and data management proficiency
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Organized and able to meet deadlines
• HR diploma or business administration degree preferred
