Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles
• Collaborate with management on defining role profiles
• Balance operational and leadership recruitment needs
• Execute sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels
• Provide regular recruitment updates and maintain ATS
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience in hospitality
• Proficiency in ATS tools like Teamtailor or Workday
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Empathetic, structured, and data-driven
