Key Responsibilities:

• Create competitive compensation and retirement programs

• Analyze industry trends for strategic recommendations

• Lead annual compensation survey initiatives

• Evaluate and benchmark benefit programs

• Develop presentations for leadership approval

Requirements:

• 5+ years in total rewards management

• Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits laws

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills

• Advanced analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power Point
