Key Responsibilities:
• Consult with management to identify recruitment needs
• Design job postings and retention strategies
• Coordinate candidate sourcing and interviews
• Maintain recruitment records in HRIS systems
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
• 2-3 years of full cycle recruitment experience
• Experience in a unionized recruitment environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with HR legislation and Applicant Tracking Systems
