Position: Toronto Recruitment Consultant with Leap
Leap is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant in Toronto for a 6-month contract focusing on full-cycle recruitment. Bring your expertise to a growing corporate environment.

In this role, you will support the recruitment efforts of Leap by managing a diverse group of candidates for various client positions. Your responsibilities include handling high-volume recruitment activities and ensuring a streamlined process from sourcing to interviewing. You will also collaborate with marketing to enhance recruitment outreach through social media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit candidates for multiple client positions

• Interview candidates both over the phone and in person

• Use job boards like Linked In, Kijiji, and Facebook to attract talent

• Develop recruitment strategies with Employment Centres

• Update job postings on the company website

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience

• Background in a recruitment firm is a plus

• Must be flexible with working hours

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• HR diploma or degree is advantageous
