Position: Compensation Modeling Senior Associate
Drive impactful compensation strategies as a Senior Associate in Compensation Advisory, focusing on market intelligence and compensation program enhancements. Engage in data-driven processes to support business goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will provide strategic compensation advice while collaborating with stakeholders across HR functions. This role requires over three years of expertise in compensation, with a focus on data analysis, forecasting, and strategic modeling. You will also participate in annual compensation initiatives and monitor market pressures affecting pay strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic compensation insights to HR partners

• Analyze and forecast variable compensation for business units

• Handle audits related to incentives for financial preparation

• Lead engagement in international compensation surveys

• Develop meaningful compensation reports within Workday

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or similar

• 3+ years of compensation experience

• Strong analytical and project management skills

• CCP designation preferred but not required

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels
