Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for business groups
• Develop employee relations strategies and resolve conflicts
• Coach leaders on HR policies and compliance practices
• Partner with leaders on performance and succession planning
• Foster a collaborative workplace culture with HR initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• 5–7 years in an HRBP role, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel regularly between locations
