Director of Global People Operations

Elevate organizational performance as the Global People Operations Manager at Raising The Village in Toronto. Lead HR initiatives aimed at creating exceptional employee experiences across borders in a hybrid environment.

In your role, you will facilitate the growth of Raising The Village by implementing effective people operations strategies. You will work closely with HR leadership and stakeholders to oversee employee lifecycle processes, analyze workforce trends, and manage compensation programs. Your work will ensure compliance and operational excellence in supporting a global workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain HR governance and compliance

• Manage employee data and HR systems integrity

• Create and analyze HR metrics and reporting

• Collaborate on compensation and benefits administration

• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement

Requirements:

• Eight years of progressive HR responsibilities

• Experience with North American HR compliance

• Proven skills in data analysis and reporting

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience

• Excellent interpersonal and project management abilities
