Temporary Business Partner in HR

Join Canadian Blood Services as a Temporary full-time Business Partner in People, Culture, and Performance. This role combines strategic HR management with employee relations in a hybrid work environment.

Located in either Toronto or Brampton, you will collaborate with division leaders and unions, providing essential HR support to enhance workplace culture.

Your role includes guiding talent management and executing People, Culture strategies to align with business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong partnerships with union representatives

• Provide guidance on HR operational issues

• Identify talent needs and uplift coaching methods

• Participate in collective agreement negotiations

• Conduct employee relations investigations

Requirements:

• University degree in HR, Labour Relations, or similar

• CHRP designation preferred

• 5 to 7 years of related experience

• Comprehensive understanding of HR trends and legislation

• Academic and experiential qualifications are interchangeable
