You will take charge of full-cycle recruiting while developing two dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and cultivate a high-performing Talent Acquisition team

• Lead recruitment across clinics and corporate roles

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in healthcare

• Proven track record of managing comprehensive recruiting

• Experience mentoring and leading recruiting teams

• Skilled in building recruiting processes and systems

• Strong communicator with a passion for recruitment
