• Implement and enhance Talent capabilities within Success Factors

• Resolve complex problems leveraging HR and tech expertise

• Configure modules like Succession & Career Development

• Manage project plans and stakeholder alignments for HR tech

• Support integrations and compliance with data governance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years working with SAP Success Factors configuration

• Experience with Employee Central and Talent modules

• Certification in two or more SAP Success Factors modules

• Solid analytical skills for HR process improvement

• Bachelor's degree in technology or HR disciplines
