Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles

• Prepare and manage job descriptions and postings

• Handle onboarding, orientation, and offboarding

• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation

• Support continuous HR improvements and compliance

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant HR experience

• Strong skills in full-cycle recruitment

• Education in Human Resources or related fields

• CHRP/CHRL certification preferred

• Experience with HRIS systems is required
